AG Developments totally renovated my mother bungalow and did an amazing job. When purchased the bungalow was a total wreck and AG Developments were contracted to refurbish the entire property. Forget Nick Knowles at DIY SOS just call Adrian! His team completed all the work below on budget and within 9 weeks! The work included:- Total electrical re-wiring, New roof including extra supports as the original roof was sagging, Totally new plumbing and central heating system, Complete re-plastering, New Kitchen, New doors throughout, New Skirting boards, New Front Door, New electrically operated garage door, Garden landscaping, Extensive block paved driveway, Total re-decoration, He wasn’t the cheapest quote but was the best value! He and his team turned up on time, did a great job with an excellent finish all within the very tight timescale I had given him.

What a truly superb bunch of talented craftsmen. They transformed an idea into a stunning extension which I go into each day and really question if it is mine! The workmanship inside and out is of the highest standards, everyone that has come seen it has made the correct overtures about the finished product. OK, they aren't the cheapest in town, but there were no issues at all during the long and protracted build, which started and then finished ahead of time. You only get what you pay for and in this case 5 stars. Thank you all, we would not hesitate to call you anytime should we plan any further work.

It was a pleasure to have Adrian & his team working for us. Adrian recommended a tiler to fit our floor & an electrician to do all the electrical work. This worked perfectly as they fitted into Adrian’s schedule as & when he was ready for them. So, no delays, Perfect. The kitchen was completed without any delays & finished to a very high standard. Adrian project managed the entire refit. We just sat-back and enjoyed the whole experience.
